The Local - Pub & Teahouse at 142 Grand Avenue, Saratoga Springs, New York.

I love this place. Totally and shamelessly. Food is always great, the tap list will keep you busy and (with a scant few exceptions over the years) bartenders and waitstaff are excellent. They tinkered with the menu a few years ago, but have gotten back to what works and a solid contender for best fish and chips in the area. If you go early it's family friendly and they have a mug club if you're a regular. One of the consistently best places in Saratoga.
